Blind glass frame mounting
1. Firmly fix the shutter frame vertically to the side column or mullion.
2. The glass blade is installed from the top down and firmly fixed by the shutsumata clip.
3. Make sure the shutters (closed) are installed tightly and evenly.
4. Double-check the entire installation. Test the effective operation of the louver by repeatedly manipulating the handle of the louver blade until satisfactory.
Aluminum veneer maintenance of louver frame
The surface finish must be maintained regularly to reduce the rate of weathering. The frequency of cleaning will depend on environmental conditions and is recommended every 3 months.
Gently scrub or wash to remove loose deposits; Mix warm water with a sponge or soft brush, then clean with a cleaner. Avoid using cleaners, abrasive materials or chemicals with a corrosive base. You can also rinse directly with warm water.
